This class is taught by:
Let's stop exercising and start training! Over four quarters of work you will train not only your bodies but your minds through athletic movements designed to strengthen muscles, increase your explosiveness and agility, while at the same time increasing flexibility and endurance. You'll jump, push-pull, carry and challenge your body through athletic-inspired movement. Think practice. Think high intensity. Think outside your limits.
