Synrgy360

You can do a lot of productive things in just 30 mins. You can cook dinner, reply to all of your work emails, and even get in a workout that effectively works towards your fitness goals. When fitness experts were designing the Synrgy360, they had a specific demographic in mind, busy people. Whether you’re a business executive of a company, someone who works two jobs, or a busy parent, you have limited time to work out. This article will explore what workouts you’ll be doing in a Synrgy360 class, how long each session is, and what sets it apart from your typical workout class.

What is Synrgy360?

At the core of the Synrgy360 program is high-intensity circuit workouts. A circuit workout is when you use resistance to focus on either strength building or muscular endurance. To achieve this result several different tools and equipment are implemented into the Synrgy360 workout. These include TRX suspension trainers, yellow and black bands hang down from the ceiling or connected to a wall. You hold on to the handle grips of the bands and use the weight of your body to perform seven different workout variations that you are probably familiar with. A TRX workout movement consists of either a pull, push, plank, rotation, hinge, lunge, or a squat.

Another piece of equipment that may be used in your Synrgy360 workout is monkey bars. You’ve probably come across monkey bars as a child but never thought that they could be used in a workout. It turns out they are a useful piece of equipment to use in a Synrgy360 exercise, and there’s nothing childish about these monkey bars! Just like with the TRX suspension trainers, you are using the weight of your body to challenge your workout. These workouts typically consist of using the monkey bars for pull-ups, muscle ups, hanging leg raises and many other exercises.

Depending on what gym you’ve been to, you may have come across someone slamming some thick rope repeatedly on the ground. To clear things up, this person isn’t crazy, and these ropes are called battling ropes, and they can provide an effective workout if used correctly. Battling ropes are used in Synrgy360 exercises, what makes them unique is that they target each arm separately. Working each arm separately is essential to correct any strength imbalance that an individual may have, and strengthen the muscles evenly.

How long is a Synrgy360 workout?

The fitness experts that created the Synrgy360 class spent a lot of time thinking about how to provide courses to those with little time and also provide a great workout. There was a lot of brainstorming as to just how short they could make a significant and effective workout while also performing all of the necessary exercises to see results. As a result, Synrgy360 workout class was born with a workout that is only 30-minutes long. In this 30 minutes, you can achieve the results you’d expect from a regular hour-long exercise.

What makes Synrgy360 different from other workout classes?

Synrgy360 is not your average workout class. Each workout in a Synrgy360 class is carefully selected so that you can see the maximum benefit in the shortest amount of time. There’s no wasting time in these classes, and you get straight to work. With a small class size, you’ll be able to follow along easily and get the instructors to help right away. With Synrgy360 you come in, do the best you can and leave knowing that what you did in that class was efficient and beneficial to your goals each time and every-time.
