Membership Unfreeze Policy:
You must currently be on a Membership Freeze to submit an Unfreeze Form. Unfreezing your membership will give you full access to the facility under your existing rate, with no enrollment free. Unfreezing your membership will be done on the date you fill out this unfreeze form to return to the facility, and not on your existing billing date. We are so glad to have you back!
Unfreeze requests are processed daily.
