Cancellation Policy:

Per our membership agreement: Membership authorization is to remain in full effect until The Fitness Loft has received written notification from me (either of us) of cancellation in writing by certified letter, return receipt requested, such notice to be thirty (30) days in advance of the termination date.

What all of that really means is that we require a 30-day notice for cancellation, which can be done by completing this form. The 30-day notice will go in effect once you submit it, and you will be responsible for any membership payments that fall within those 30 days. Don’t worry; if you have a payment due, you will still have access to the facility until that payment expires.

For joint or family memberships, please note that each member must complete this form to have their membership canceled unless added to the form.

Cancellations are processed weekly on Friday morning and are canceled based on the submission date.

Our membership requires a 30-day notice for cancellations and unless today is your billing date, you will be billed one final time after this cancellation notice has been submitted. You will have access to the gym for the entire billing cycle.
