Cancellation Policy:

Per our membership agreement: Membership authorization is to remain in full effect until Fitness Loft has received written notification from me (either of us) of cancellation in writing by certified letter, return receipt requested, such notice to be thirty (30) days in advance of the termination date.

What all of that really means is that we require a 30 day notice for cancellation. You can cancel with this form here or a physical one that is just as simple at our front desk. Our billing cycle rotates on the fifth of every month, meaning you will be billed one final time after submitting your cancellation on the next 5th, and will be free to continue using the gym until the 4th of the following month.

Effective February 1st, 2020, we changed our new member pricing to $99.00 per month.

I understand that if I cancel and then return to the gym I will be returning under the new price structure and my previous pricing will not be honored.
